JM says: Add up the 3 bands and subtract from the total plasmid length.
The missing band should be about 170 or so.

JM says: Look at the Section 106 gel. There are two bands close together and three that are too faint to see.
You can solve the map without this lane, however, the small bands are 619, 488, 61.
